Most recently, Rajesh handled Online Marketing for BDNA, both in a full-time role and as a Marketing Consultant. He established their Social Media Marketing program, while continuing to nurture their email marketing and search marketing initiatives. He also managed the lead generation marketing automation systems that enabled the sales and marketing teams to be successful.

As the Director of Search and Business Analytics areas at Delivery Agent. In this role, he was responsible for driving search traffic to Delivery Agent stores and monetizing that traffic to deliver on key metrics. Stores for several high profile properties like ABC, NBC, MTV, Martha Stewart and others are powered by Delivery Agent.

As a Search Marketing Manager with Coremetrics, he was responsible for managing client relationships, executing search campaigns and monitoring their ROI. 

At McKinsey & Company, Rajesh was a Knowledge Management Specialist in the e-commerce practice. Rajesh executed research and analyses to solve business problems. He used a broad spectrum of sources and methodologies to provide insights.  Within ecommerce, he focused on online marketing & advertising, online retail and venture capital. Rajesh was part of the initial 7-member team that built the McKinsey Knowledge Center. He coordinated a 6-member research team that benchmarked India's software industry against those in 30 other countries. This was part of a prestigious McKinsey research initiative for NASSCOM, the national umbrella body representing all major software companies in India. He also initiated an effort to build an intranet that would connect center researchers with consultants and clients across the world.

Early in his career, Rajesh was a Research Analyst with Bearing Point. He assimilated competitive and market knowledge on domestic and international infrastructure players for dissemination to consulting teams. He started his career as a Management trainee with PCL, a PC marketing firm.

Rajesh is also the founder of and, web properties that foster conversation around healthy food. The sites were borne out of Rajesh's passion for eating healthy wholesome meals.
