My coaching approach is firmly grounded in Self-Inquiry. In working with clients, I attempt to bring them back to their internal impulses and motivations. In doing so, we uncover implicit assumptions and unstated values that are driving our actions, in different parts of our life. The goal is to surface the conditioned thinking patterns that may be in operation, and in doing so, allow us to move into new domains that were unavailable until then.
